We offer various programs that educate youth on financial literacy and life skills. This includes a four-part ITB Core Workshop series, our ITB Unlocked membership experience, and our ITB Live annual conference. ITB Unlocked is an exclusive program with added opportunities for individuals who complete all ITB Core workshops.

Getting started is simple. You can register for an event by visiting our Events page, and once registered, you’ll receive updates on upcoming sessions, events, and opportunities.

In The Black is run by youth, for youth. Our content focuses on real-life application, emotions around money, and interactive learning, not lectures or copy-paste advice. We don’t sell products, and we don’t profit from your confusion. Our goal is empowerment.
